Yes I read that and understand what it says but the complaint is not filed whatsoever against OWCP only Friedman and his Wife.

The complaint also does not state if the attorney was disbarred when he sent the letter or if he was disbarred after the letter was sent. It also does not state what he was disbarred for. I’m trying to find this information and when I do I will happily share.

The conjecture in bringing the entire company into the actions of one employee is wrong and inaccurate. While the company could potentially be liable for it IF a complaint was filed, there has NOT been a complaint. So SOME PEOPLE can assume there will be and I’ll assume there won’t be and we will see who is right long term. I’m willing to put money in to prove my point for when these patents become finalized, OTHER PEOPLE can just sit back and watch if they would like and be wrong at the same time. GLTA! $OWCP
