That's my opinion also. Someone has been keeping this stock down to get shares cheap. The stock is a bargain at this current price. EXXE must have revenue and/or plan on getting revenue in order to invest in future projects. This stock is a future goldmine if all their investments works out. It should be much higher in stock value.
