I agree. There is nothing wrong with the capital structure that increased revenues and profits won't solve. Fiddling with outstanding shares does zip for the business or the value propositiion.

Increase sales by 100% for each of the next three years and profits by 250%, 300% and 400% and we will be fine. Bobwins
