It'll all depend on the 'Luck' for whether the Commons are going to be Cancelled or not, or it'll be paid by low percentages like 5% IF they aren't cancelled.

It's just a game between the Creditors and Debtors, Nothing to do with the rules and education!

So, it's more like a gamble! If you like gambling, you do it; If you don't, don't do it. Simple!
