Got me hanging. You'll have to ask the company.
They're the ones that did the massive public testing and erected the data for their enhanced advertising schemes.

But that FDA logo is false advertising as most people including you thought they meant FDA approved and it doesn't say that it says FDA approved facility. Which is even less than meaningless.

Can't the three h-j-oe dumbmingos do anything honest?
