There were no specifics. All he said is that he's talking to investors and they are exploring 'options'. New investors always want to wipe out current shareholders as they want all the profit. That's how it always works. Until Eakle provides details, this is not looking good.

He also gave no mention of the other filings. He just said he doesn't know when they'll get done.
