RSH in the old days , if you remember WSTI had the credit line and also help from the Import/Export bank. The Import/Export bank got defunded in political BS around the same time the credit line was tapped out.

I cant believe WSTI completed big jobs in 2016 even without it.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
