And as far as your "505b (2) FDA pathway" question, I've seen the term "fast track approval status" and "orphan drug status", so what you read is probably correct. It's been over a year, I believe, since Aldox was given the "FDA pathway status". Only the "Insiders" know if/when the NDA was filed. I think it has been as SOON would want Aldox approved BEFORE he announces his next IPO, and we'll know for sure if/when the FDA announces Aldox's approval. I firmly believe we will hear something definitive SOON as there are deadlines looming.
