this is what we do know
1) PWC is a well respected company
2) PWC values shares at $1.62 average
3) PWC has said they received multiple competitive offers
4) KERP has been approved
5) PWC has said commons will be paid

This is what I'm using as my guide for trading because all the estimates people have been using are that. This company may be bought out for a lot more..who knows?
