AABB Float so much Smaller then I originally thought.

Found this re reading the last Q filing.

JAMES GILBERT IS THE BENEFICIAL OWNER OF 7.4% OF THE COMMON STOCK.
WILLIAM SNYDER IS THE BENEFICIAL OWNER OF 81% OF THE COMMON STOCK.
WILLIAM SNYDER IS NOT AN OFFICER OR DIRECTOR. JAMES GILBERT IS PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY.

So Snyder who brought the mine to AABB Owns 300 Mill in seed shares leaving 39 Million Left in the OS.

Our CEO Owns 7.4% of the OS of 339 Mill well if you deduct the 300 Mill Snyder Owns That Leaves 39 Mill left. Then Mr Gilbert our ceo Owns 7.4% of 339 Million which is approx 25 Million shares.

So if we Subtract 25 Million shares from 39 Million shares you have a trade-able float of only 14 Million shares period. Our CEO must have bought on the open Market and May still be buying on the Open Market. We will see next week in the next Q.

There has not been a new share into the SS period since Mr Snyder our Mine owner received his 300 Million restricted for our operational Mine we are Cash heavy and deep into production.

So the Float is no doubt only 14 Million and shrinking weekly. I feel we are seeing insider buying every week which is why we see such a quiet board here. There is no way to buy a major chunk so insiders are slowly buying every week so they don’t push us up to .50 in a day.

AABB is going to be a dividend paying stock one day and the float is being consumed by those that know what’s going on.

Q1 ended almost 1 Million in Cash in the bank. Profitable company with Q1 revs around 1 Million so Q2 will easily Surpass 1 Million and with the Chines investment fund visiting the mine and the LOI of 30 Million in investments over 3 Years is going to send us to dollar land and big boards.
