Tomorrow is publication date for the latest months short selling...it will be interesting to see this!

As the volume continues even after the 20th...does this mean that HISC receives the dividends of EVSY?

Is the lack of good, factual news being held back because the exectives of HISC are getting paid in shares per dollar of expected earnings? If they know that there are great contracts or developments happening and not being released...does that put them in a precarious legal position?
