TTS, it's simple I think. They withhold available positive PR (i.e. German patient interviews 2017) when they don't want pps to rise....and they report negative news in order to discourage current retail holders; they want us out.
Shareholders have a right to know reportable negative or positive developments. Such news should not be used when they want and How they want strictly in order to manipulate the share price.
When they're ready for new people to get suckered-in, they'll inflate, embellish and report every non event that even whispers positivity.
