Could we sell a BILLION SHARES HERE?

Question for all serious WSTI peeps as I ran this by Dan and while many things are in the works this idea might not be so crazy and he was not against it at all but Ill run it by you and give you some examples..

The big thing with share issuance is when it IS NOT YOU. However the dynamics change when it IS YOU. Ill give examples and what I am thinking..

Say we could make the filings happen and the India project topped off to POC level. Have part of the deal that the first 200k or whatever goes to the filings. Then we can say we are working on filings. We can finish the India deal and there are a gazillion other projects as the pipeline is of projects is literally way higher than we thought.

So lets just say we need to sell 1 billion shares at .0005 to raise 500,000.

First thing that happens is once the money is raised the money you just put in is worth more because the company has these needs funded.

Second thing that happens is you set things on a course that we figured we would have , a much higher stock price.

So before figuring out the good scenario, lets figure the bad one..

Say the company is worth 200 million dollars when it gets rolling.

4 billion shares would be 5 cents a share 5 billion shares would be 4 cents a share. Not much difference because we get to where we need to be. A bit less for anyone that cannot participate in adding as many shares in proportion to the total as they have now. But still a good deal for someone that does not participate.

For those that do... your current stock goes up, the new stock you just bought goes up, and then you still own the same percentage ownership if you so choose.

I also pushed Dan on the Airdrop concept but its not an airdrop in security tokens there is some kind of Bounty commission that is similar but done in legally required way for shareholders to get started in Impact tokens..

What this means is we might be able to make money a few different ways.

So what do you think? IF we could make sure filings were done, and this thing got going you know the stock would move.

Do you think we could sell a billion shares?

This is all based on these numbers but there might have to be different calculations say using a different price as the share price might rise a bit if this is planned, But it pretty much works out the same.

Any thoughts? This also would be open to anyone, not just accredited, so us smaller players could do this as well.

So rather than adding shares by buying someone else's shares you could add and make sure the deal gets done and filings are on the way which is our goal.

Also I mentioned Id like to see some insiders or Board people from either company participate to some degree even if small just to give some optics to the whole thing

More news to come I am working on tons of stuff as are many other people.

There are some people with small groups that might be able to raise money in other ways or maybe they would feel better taking a bit less and having others take some, any way we slice it we are way better off with filings on the way and things moving more quickly.
