Seems like an awful lot of shares traded in this range to not have a naked short problem. When the volume doesn't seem to match up with price I am suspicious. Might be time for a NOBO list and share dividend by Plant IMO. Even without audited financials there is such a disconnect between company fundamentals and pps I see no other explanation other than naked shorting to keep us at these levels. The governmant contract mentioned in every PR is clearly real and should be a driver of price per share if allowed to trade on its own merits IMO.
