Have you contacted your broker? I would think they could tell you the restictions.

I have had left over shares for a while and check in now and then. Not sure if MRNJ and CPPD did things right when they traded stock for an app that never happened. I was awarded warrants for MRNJ from CPPD but haven't looked into them.
