Wilma is not correct.

ITALK still has massive amounts of debt. AND, they have court judgements against them which remain unpaid. And even the "settled" judgements remain unpaid, since TALK was insolvent.

TALK has millions in unpaid debt and liabilities, all of which increase daily due to interest and penalties. It is dead. The stock will never return.
