Good questions.

Even though we have been in business for a year and designing casino games for 3 years we do not anticipate or have we developed a plan for an IPO.

Our model is to design games that are profitable for the casino and entertaining for the consumer.

At this time we are only looking to sell our game designs to the manufacturers. IGT, SG, Konami, Aristocrat, Ainsworth.

As we sell and develop a revenue stream we will branch into the online venue. Right now we are strictly casino floor.

We are in the heart of casino game country, Las Vegas. It is financially prohibitive to fully develop our games from design to floor. The biggest problem is the Gaming Commission here is cost and time prohibitive. It can take a few years to get a game licensed. So we decided to just sell the game and take royalties.

We have no IPO plans but we are looking for an infusion of capital which can be viewed on our website.
