Yes r/s is done to create opportunity for new investments, agreed.

R/S doesn’t mean the value drops only the number of shares. There’s a difference between number of shares and value. If you have 1m shares valued at $10k after an r/s depending on ratio you will definitely have less shares but the value of the shares would remain close to par or increase, definitely not decrease. Yes a stock can crash after r/s but there’s also examples of successful r/s implementations.

Again R/S and/or A/S increase is not set in stone. CEO already put a hold on r/s so clearly he does care about shareholder concerns so would be crazy for him to decide to halt a/s also. He wouldn’t want his company’s value to drop any further. Remember his stated on occasions that he wants to be up listed ASAP.

Let’s not forget one thing here RNVA is not your typical otc stock. They have highly valued tangible assets and their hospitals are of the highest standards. Health care industry is exploding and predicted to continue to do so in the future. So you have consider all of this as an investors. Most like to see millions of share in their portfolio and fixated on the number of shares rather than value imo
