No, that is not correct. TALK was not bankrupt. All of TALK's millions in pre-UMS debt was untouched by the UMS bankruptcy.

PLUS, TALK assumed much of UMS's debt by taking over the personal guarantees signed by Lee. That debt was also undischarged through the bankruptcy and is now owed by TALK.
