I absolutely agree. Last PR was engineered to drive SP down for $550, k share buyback.

Also reduced the amount of shares eligible for one time Dividend. Notice there was no date associated with being a shareholder of record to qualify for the Divy.

Not to mention all the new Nay Sayers that showed up just after the RS announcement to create skepticism .

Almost to obvious. But I like it.
