Restructuring of shares:: by this you mean reverse split. From a smart business aspect reverse splits are stupid. After a reverse split is where dilution happens. Then the company goes out of business like it already did and becomes a shell. This shell was sought out and chosen because of its share volume. Leaving the Owner with the option of reverse split as an exit strategy. Having an exit strategy is a very powerful tool. But the intent of buying a shell is to go up from there. Not to return to a shell. Unless you’re intension is to pump and dump. That’s not the case here. This company plan is UP.
