As stated yes thats correct. But not a single bidder is walking into this process expecting or willing to pay that amount. There wouldn't be much point of interest if they were. They are in it for the extreme discount on the assets. They will be looking at a 30% discount at bare minimum. More likely 50% or more discount off that price. It becomes non-feasible at anything less than that.

Trade OTC's with charts, INVEST in big board stocks on fundamentals. Don't confuse the two!
