$BIOAQ offers a great potential for extreme profits but realistically it remains a 50/50 wager.

I've seen a lot of comments about worries about commons being canceled, r/s's etc.. Commons can be canceled. Will they be? Probably not, but don't know for sure. What I can tell you is there is ZERO chance the statement from the fins applies. This is not a liquidation. Its worth the bet regardless IMO.

There is zero chance for an R/S of this stock due to a couple of reasons. The main one being the vote was canceled and 2) This stock will no longer be owned by the current board after Tuesday. This is court ordered.

Most people are focusing on the winning bid price but its not the most important factor.

A short squeeze is the lone thing that could/can carry this stock far beyond any winning bid price this company could ever see. Why? Because its not tied to value. Its tied to demand where NO supply exists in the realm of current pricing. Temporary? Yes. Does it matter? No

No one should be worried about what happens after the transaction closes because by that time the SP change will have occurred and no one should be stupid enough to hold after the squeeze occurs. If a massive chance to the upside doesn't occur immediately then well, you have your answer.

Everyone needs to understand there will be no more company after the purchase which is set to close on Tuesday. This is a matter of public record unless a motion is filed to delay the process.

Also, there is ZERO possibility of a trade halt with respect to the occurrence of good news for $BIOAQ. There is no such thing as a trade halt on the OTC market for news releases. There are zero exceptions to this.

Limit prices should already be set because there won't be time to react. Either you are in or out but you should have made that decision today IMO
