The dates listed in the 8K were June 8th through July 26th. They have been doing this for the past 2 months so this is probably what accounted for the sub penny drops when the note holders probably already sold their shares. The main thing I'm trying to get across here is this already happened over the last 2 months and is already done. Nothing but clear skies ahead IMO.
