Timmy can certainly afford to start buying his own pizza. The boy gave himself a nice 15% bump in salary ($85K to $98K), awarded himself yet another 5-year contract (it's an annual thing) with another 3.5M shares, and exercised all warrants previously granted under his 2013 employment agreement for another 2.5M shares. Not bad for a company that has blown thru almost $10M and turned it's first profit ($16K) last quarter. I think he should buy pizza for all the shareholders!
