MedX Holdings, Inc. $MEDH Shareholder Update: Due to the misrepresentation from the owners of our agreement in the Humboldt County Lease and Licensing deal, We have decided to break away from all Marijuana related operations or affiliations. We will be booking a $30k loss from this endeavor that will be reflected in our Q2. Although it is a setback for the company at this time, we feel that we did our very best in due diligence to limit our exposure to any additional losses. Thanks!
