Interesting to see T insiders (BOD) buying shares at about $30.
~ 80,000 T shares (total) purchased by 2 different Directors.
I had some TWX shares that converted quickly to T, adding to my pre-existing block of T.
TWX ---> T cash dividend yield increased by ~ 4X.
Seems like T should be able de-leverage, quarter over quarter, year over year (?)
TWX merger integration costs will be a short-term problem for T .... hopefully, no surprises there.
T probably trading in a channel, until legal overhang (DoJ) is eliminated.

It's a good example of "accept more risk to get a higher yield."
