Base based on what? A few thousand on the bid does not make a base. Continued testing of a level makes a base and then again, how did that last base at 1.03 work out? Fundamentals always rule in the end. Cheer up,that means the price will rebound from the .60s to a buck again. After capitulation comes balance.
