Regarding promises/hopes/goals:

Can we all put our thinking caps on for just one moment? Thank you. Ok, let's step back... prior to a LONG anticipated event such as this first-ever AF, when giving an update... it is NOT wise to give an update or hope or goal to shareholders if one has not done his/her homework first. Right? Ok. And whether Petar has done that is yet to be seen. He "hopes" late Monday. Ok. Now, at what point do we determine that he spoke without thinking and shouldn't have? Today? I'd say no. Tomorrow? I'd say yes.

That's my view on it. It has to do with how you handle things in light of what you know public perception will be. At what point does it become irresponsible to be specific such as "late Moday I hope"? We'll see. If he files today or tomorrow, then he's vindicated. If he doesn't, then we'll suffer from a price perspective IMO. And it will be the direct result of his actions, or lack of.
