Does the buyer get the AGE spinoff shares transferred to them? (That would be straightforward) Or do the AGE spinoff shares just disappear?

- Disappear

(That would be a mess, with BTX share price dropping Weds 8/1, and only fools selling BTX before the distribution, with volume dwindling to almost nothing in the interim.)

The above and below is just my opinion but I do have a lifetime of analyzing proposals for salary, buying at many kinds of auctions and occasionally selling below price. I have long outlived my usefulness but retain my youthful arrogance to an unseemly degree. smile

Markets quite simply are not logical. After K-Mart went bankrupt and faced liquidation, it had a surprising bull market for a time and buyers lost everything if they held on. Sears bought the bankrupt shell and now both are well on the way to bankruptcy.

Unusual, of course, but such nonsensical activity is hardly rare. Many years ago in a period of shortages, Johnny Carson on the Tonight Show announced a shortage of toilet paper as a joke and shelves all over the country emptied. I hate to think how those in need survived in decent fashion. smile

I expect trading to dwindle along with lower prices for BTX but nothing momentous.

We shall see.

Best, Terry
