I just got off the phone with Barry. Take this for what you will..I don't normally post about conversations I have on the telephone because, well, for obvious reasons. Anyway, its the first time I have actualy been able to speak with him. He was quite impressive. I am feeling much better about content and the signing of deals with "major" studios. Things are certainly currently in the works but will not be announced until the ink is final.

He did mention that some other press releases of signings by other companies may have been premature as some deals were not finalized...and for me basically not to worry...I say again...deals ARE in the works...and they ARE with "major" studios....beyond anything that we have seen thus far. Barry's plan is to not announce these sorts of deals until finalized - which makes sense. They (Reeltime) are actualy backed up right now with plenty of content that they have not yet added to reeltime's site.

Also, we can expect to see current financials soon. Suzanne is working very hard at getting them ready. He spoke very highly of Suzanne and her competance and experience in these matters. She used to work for Todd's Shipyards here in Seattle before being lured over to Reeltime. Historical financials will be coming after that and after Suzanne goes over them with a fine tooth comb, she can then take them to an independant auditer.

Innovative's financials will be after Reeltime's are completed. He said Suzanne has a lot more to go over on Innovatives financials because the last filing was back in 98 or 99...he also said that once caught up then we can expect all financials to be filed regularly and on time because the intent is to move out of the pinks and on to a new exchange. Things are looking good for Innovative as well....it sounds like they may have inked another deal with another credit union after the convention they had...perhaps we'll hear about that one soon.

Barry offered me the invitation to come down and he would give me a tour around the office since I am here in Seattle. I plan on taking him up on this after things calm down a bit...lots going on right now.
