I think if we can bring these people in that are in many of the same countries as WSTI and do water as well as solar, virtually double ImpactPPAs product reach.. there can be WPAs (water purchase agreements etc) or just payment through the blockchain even if in tiny amounts etc..

India has its worst drought on record going on and hundreds of millions of people are at risk. Also many areas with no water have no electricity!!!

What I am thinking there with the foundation is usually big nonprofits grant money for things, but what if they had a chance to fund projects then get money back on the PPAs... (or a share of it) its a home run for them (and for us whether electricity or water etc)
