I am sorry that you are taking a loss on this stock. The biggest problem I have ever had with this stock is that it is a pink sheet stock. There are few and far between companies trading in the pinks that ever become or are legitimate companies. The sad part is that the company can really post any financial numbers they want. They are not required to make their actual accounting numbers public info.

I cannot really give you anymore info other than what you have read on any PR or any phone call you have had with any one in the company. If you can find out their headquarters and location you might be able to track down their financials through the state they are located at but it will take longer to get the info.

The other thing I can say but this is only my opinion and that is to either sell out and take the loss and write it off on your taxes, hold on to it and hope it gets a bounce somehow or try and play smaller positions in this and try and take profit on any bounces that this thing might take until you have your original investment out of it.

Again I am sorry about your loss but possibly buying shares and turning them over for profit and bringing your average down might be an answer but I would not attempt that unless you know how to play day trades and swing trades.
