Sure it's wild, but what were the amount of shares traded? 10? 50? Or maybe a whole gob 10,000...?

You do understand that the volume is a separate issue from the price, right?

As for your .04 shares, try and sell them at .06 and see how far you get.

I'll see it, but unless I announce it here, you won't.

As for the SEC taking an interest in this most boring of boring stocks, good luck with that.

I don't need your luck. I know how to file a complaint.

Profit is only profit once the shares are sold and the money is in hand. Paper profits are meaningless.

I respectfully disagree. Paper profits are an indicator of the realized profits that will come from an actual sale, so paper profits do have a meaning for me, even if they don't for you.

This stock price will move on news, either up or down. And that news will then be the catalyst for an SEC filing, or not.

I respectfully disagree twice this time. First, the stock price has had 50% one-day moves even during periods when there weren't any news for days at a time. Second, an SEC complaint can be the catalyst for an SEC inquiry into the company, which in turn can be the catalyst for a long-overdue SEC filing.
