Hopefully, the small improvement in the RAD stock price is an indication that the vote will go against the merger with Albertsons.

The current RAD leadership is supportive of the merger. One can only wonder if it is because of the possible sweetheart deals they have negotiated for themselves.

Let us not forget about Amazon, a big threat to the future of Albertsons.

As a minimum, Albertsons need to improve their offer to the RAD shareholders.

I do believe that RAD could be more valuable on their own.
