He also needs to be current if he ever wants to R/S (which he tried before and was denied) He was forced to get the financials since he emptied out all his tricks already. (8-k acq that never materialized, dividend shares, "cancelled r/s", BS 8-k about his compensation) He needs the financials so that the toxics funding his operation could cash their shares out on the backs of noob investors. So yeah I would say he certainly has a plan, it just doesn't include benefiting shareholders here.
