How is it that just a few weeks ago everyone was convinced Eli Lily was stepping in to buy out OBMP for hundreds of millions of dollar and now everyone thinks it going bust?

They would not be starting phase 2 with out a plan to finance. How could they do it? Watch the number of authorized shares and issued shares. The have enough the could issue new stock to finance the testing.

They could partner up with a big drug company by sell a portion of those shares to finance the test.

I don't think all of the leading people would have exercised options 5-6 weeks ago and bout large blocks of stock if they believed the company was on the verge of folding up!

Get your panties out the wad and either man up and prepare for the long haul or sell your position and get out. Crying about it does nothing! Act one way or the other but do not sit on the fence and cry to everyone on this board!
