Response to dividend and stock repurchase:

This is an interesting way of doing a stock buyback. I have never seen a plan one quarter at a time. Although I don't study those kinds of things.

If the economy stays strong, conceivably they would renew each quarter and it would be about $740m/yr plus $1.20/yr dividend
