What should be cause for concern though is the Proceeds of this sale of Geotraq belong to the Shareholders of GTRQ. This is damn near Criminal if what Gregg did in stripping away the only conceivable asset (Patent App or Not) and then sold this to ARCI. On this I am still not exactly sure on what legal grounds he can stand on to get away with this. I have investigated many Stock Frauds and it doesnt get any clearer on what he did in this. He clearly de-registered the GTRQ shares then weeks later closes the sale with ARCI.
