Been following Ted Butler's newsletters and spreadsheet for many many years now. He certainly is the top guy with regards to the massive silver manipulation story vis a vis the well known jp morgan shorting until the price falls, then they buy buy buy until they have added large stacks of silver to add to their huge 320,000,000 oz pile.
