CBDY/CHZP management didn’t take long to start the dilution process. Once they reverse split this thing, they immediately had a much smaller O/S to work with. The A/S stayed the same though, but the O/S shrunk based on the split amount. It didn’t take long for management to start using the new ticker as their own personal ATM.

It’s painfully obvious now that CFGN is on the ask. CFGN = Dilution.

I give this less than a month before it goes sub penny.
