STOP spreading your non understanding of the southridge lawsuit and charles vacarro. He and potn are both defendants in that case. vacarro separately also owns the 1.8 million note convertable at .003. Do you really not get it or are you playing dumb? separate issues.
if potn settles lawsuit with southridge, vacarro still has 1.8 convertable note at .003. no connection between the two.
