I have to print this one as it is spam but very unique.

Hi, I know this sort of thing is confidential
but I found out about it yesterday through a
person in the office. I thought
maybe you should know. The company is expecting
to layoff 15% of the work force. I saw your name
on the list of employees. This announcement from
what I read is not expected for another few weeks.
I am not sure whether I should have said anything
but I thought it may give you time to potentially
evaluate anything else or keep your eyes open for
something career related. I just ask you don't
mention this to anyone else as it's not suppose
to be released. The company is basically downsizing
to reduce rising costs. I know my brother Jeff
was layed-off a few months ago and took a program
that allowed him to get back on his feet.
I am not saying this is the solution
but what he did sort of shocked me and worked very
well for him. Just a suggestion. Anyways, I just want
you to know what is coming and to start looking around.
He gave me the number of the folks who helped him out
and got him back on his feet within weeks. Here was the
number: 1 [phone]

Sorry to break this, but you are better
for knowing so you can prepare. Better to be
proactive than reactive.
