It says “advise perspective bidders they have been assigned as qualified bidders” for July 2nd.

That means that the court/pwc advised them that they are capable and authorized to submit a bid, not that their LOIs were due by the 2nd.

The LOIs are due tomorrow to be considered for the winning bid on the 31st.

We have the potential for up to 28 bidders but the only ones that matter are the strategic buyers because they will be paying the top dollar to remain competitive in the bidding process.
