The main issue is right now we have a combo of 2 things going on.

Lack of people who know about the stock and company.

The people who do know about it are so jaded by the continuous dilution that they are no longer buying at the ask. That makes it hard for a stock to ever go up as they are content to keep averaging down buying at the bid.

I truly thought the Pr would have taken care of this issue...but alas I was mistaken.

Hoping .003 holds....if so we should be ok.
