PWC operations are very regimented and proper. There will be an open of forum of bids being read and documented. There is no secrets or collusion. After the read it’s public knowledge to whom ever has access to the info. You may see this stock get trade halted. There may be a Re bid if the qualifying bidder doesn’t have everything in line or go to the next bidder.
