And don't forget those huge personal guarantees on UMS debt which TALK assumed from Lee? Yeah, those were not wiped out by the bankruptcy. TALK now legally owes them.

So the claim that TALK's millions in old debt were somehow taken care of by TALK's $4,000 in cash were not only impossible, but their debt has INCREASED due to their personal guarantee of certain of UMS's debt, too.
