WhosL, before I read the rest of your post, I need you to please clear the opening statement up because it confused me.

Do you mean "ARE ENOUGH or ARE NOT ENOUGH"?
Im sorry, but the way you worded it, leaves me confused on that point.

After rereading several times, I think you mean you do believe that the merits found by ptab ARE enough to generate a buyout or licensing. I just want to make sure I understand you right.
