There is absolutely NO logical scenario under which TALK will ever return.

None.

TALK was a scam. And a very obvious one. The UMS acquisition was designed for one purpose - to get Lee out from under his personal obligations, since he had personally guaranteed UMS's debt. Once they merged into TALK, TALK assumed those personal guarantees, thus getting Lee off the hook. He knew UMS was going to go bankrupt, so not only did it get him out from under the debt, it allowed him to repurchase UMS's assets out of bankruptcy for pennies on the dollar.

This should be obvious to everyone now, but it was obvious to many of us at the time, too. I said this is what was going to happen and, sure enough, IT DID! WOW. I really must be the best, huh?
