Explain HOW they could settle their debt with their worthless stock which was obviously going to be revoked.

According to their last 10-K, their entire assets were about $4K in cash. And liabilities were $3 million.

Hard to "settle" anything with that kind of balance sheet.

TALK is worthless. It is not coming back.
